Original recipes were developed by NASA pharmacologist Joan, inspired by the tastes and needs of the shop’s aficionados. Among these were sugar-free diet truffles for diabetics and the first all-white chocolate truffle in Europe specially made for a migraine sufferer. The shop was a hub for fascinating and discriminating people all with a ready smile.
